The City of New Holstein's Kiwanis Park offers a Disc Golf Course.

Disc's can be rented from the Aquatic Center during the Summer season and at City Hall when the Aquatic Center is closed for the season.
In General:
Reservations can be made at the City Clerk's Office in person, through e-mail or by phone.
The Community Center and Optimist Chalet have a key pad. The renter will choose the 4 digit access code followed by # on rental agreement application.
Keys for Civic Park must be picked up by 12:00PM on the Friday before weekend usage from City’s Clerk’s Office.
Keys must be returned the following Monday to the City Clerk's Office.
All City Parks and parking lots close at 11:00 p.m.
Reservations:
Only residents of New Holstein or non-residents employed within the city limits of New Holstein may rent community facilities.
All reservations must be made with the City Clerk's office. Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance and no earlier than 15 months in advance.
Reservations will be on a first come first serve basis. Repeating reservations will be allowed on weekdays only.
The rental fee must be paid to reserve a date.
The City Clerk's office shall be notified of any reservation that is to be cancelled. Cancellations made 10 days prior to the rental period are allowed. No refunds of deposits shall be made for any cancellation after that time.

A reservation shall only be secured after a rental agreement has been signed and the fee paid.
Any fund raising activity must receive permission to do so from the Committee of the Whole.
Music is permitted inside the facilities only unless approval is given from the Committee of the Whole.
Decorations are permitted, however, no decorations shall be hung from fixtures, and masking tape is the only acceptable fastener to be used on walls. Decorating and removal of decorations must be accomplished within the time period reserved and shown on the rental agreement.
Smoking is prohibited.
Animals (except a Seeing Eye dog) are not allowed in any Park Buildings.
The facility must be cleaned, vacated and locked by 11:00 p.m.
The person in charge must be 18 years of age or older for non-alcoholic activities. For activities that include alcohol, the person in charge must have attained the age of 21.
No sale, admission fee, donation, contribution or other charge shall be collected when intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverages are consumed without permission from the Committee of the Whole. At any event considered a youth activity, intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverages are not allowed.
It shall be the responsibility of the renter to obtain any necessary permits or licenses required, and to abide by all state laws, as well as all city ordinances, resolutions and policies.
It shall be the responsibility of the renter to ensure that the size of the group assembling does not exceed the maximum capacity for each facility.
A City of New Holstein Police Officer or any other employee of the city shall have the right to enter the premises at any time.
The City of New Holstein is not responsible for any articles left, lost or stolen on the rented premises.
Chaperones shall be provided as follows:
Civic Activity:
- 50 minors or less - 2 chaperones
- 51-100 minors - 3 chaperones
- 101-150 minors - 4 chaperones
- 151-200 - 5 chaperones
Social Activity:
- 25 minors or less - 2 chaperones
- 26-75 minors - 3 chaperones
- 76-100 minors - 4 chaperones
- 100 or more - 6 chaperones
Alternative Option:
- 2 Chaperones and 1 Police Officer, that would satisfy total requirements.
- Co-ed groups must have sufficient male and female chaperones.
The City of New Holstein shall not be liable for any injuries, death or property damages arising out of the use by the renter of any Park Building and the renter agrees to hold the City harmless.

Lions Playland is located next to the Community Center. Donated by the New Holstein Lions Club in 2005, this play area offers an interactive play system for children of all ages.

The Community Center is a community facility and is available to rent to anyone who lives or works within the city and must be 18 years or older. Seating capacity is approximately 320, tables and chairs need to be set up and taken down.
Reservations can be made up to 15 months in advance. The rental fee is $125 resident/ $150 non resident per day (see contract for any additional fees). The renter agrees to pay additional fees for damages or extra time to clean and restore building.
The facility is to be used for wedding receptions, family reunions, bridal or baby showers, etc. It can not be used for selling products (ex. Tupperware, home décor, etc)
No admission fee shall be collected for any activity and no sale, admission fee, donations, contribution or other charge shall be collected when intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverages are consumed.
The Community Center must be cleaned, vacated and locked by 11PM.

The Chalet is a community facility and is available to rent to anyone who lives or works within the city and must be 18 years or older. Seating capacity is approximately 54, tables and chairs need to be set up and taken down.
Reservations can be made up to 15 months in advance. The rental fee is $100 resident/ $125 non resident per day (see contract for any additional fees). The renter agrees to pay additional fees for damages or extra time to clean and restore building.
The facility is to be used for wedding receptions, family reunions, bridal or baby showers, etc. It can not be used for selling products (ex. Tupperware, home décor, etc)
No admission fee shall be collected for any activity and no sale, admission fee, donations, contribution or other charge shall be collected when intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverages are consumed.

The Pavilion is a community facility and is available to rent to anyone who lives or works within the city and must be 18 years or older. Seating capacity is approximately 200, tables and chairs need to be set up and taken down there are approximately 24 tables and 200 chairs.
Reservations can be made up to 15 months in advance. The rental fee is $75 for residents and $100 for non residents per day (see contract for any additional fees). The renter agrees to pay additional fees for damages or extra time to clean and restore building.
The open shelter can be rented for $20.00 and has picnic tables underneath that can be used for seating. (Please do not take the picnic tables into the Pavilion)
The facility is to be used for wedding receptions, family reunions, bridal or baby showers, etc. It can not be used for selling products (ex. Tupperware, home décor, etc)

Kiwanis Prairie
- covers 10.4 acres

Reineck Woods
- covers 7.3 acres
- 1390 feet of trail
- southern entrance on Fur Farm Rd.
There are benches and a walking/biking path throughout the Prairie and Woods that are connecting the two areas. During the summer season, the Prairie has beautiful grasses and prairie flowers, birds, butterflies, and occasional wild life.

The city has two open shelters for rent, the cost is $35 for residents and $45 for non residents per shelter per day. Shelter #1 is located closest to the Aquatic Center and Playground and has an electrical outlet, picnic tables and benches underneath. Shelter #2 is located to the southwest of Shelter #1 and also has an electrical outlet, picnic tables and benches underneath.
Reservations can be made 15 months in advanced on a first come first served basis.
The renter agrees to pay additional fees for damages or extra time to clean and restore shelter.
The facility is to be used for wedding receptions, family reunions, bridal or baby showers, etc. It can not be used for selling products (ex. Tupperware, home décor, etc)
