The Airport Commission shall consist of one alderperson annually by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Common Council, at the Organizational Meeting, and three (3) citizens appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Common Council, at the organizational meeting for staggered terms of 3 years each. The Airport Commission shall be in charge of administering Chapter 13 of this Code.
